World Psoriasis Day 2024: Six Dermatologists from Southern China Highlight 'Psoriasis Goes Beyond the Skin'

In 2024, "365 Questions on Psoriasis," jointly created by 109 dermatologists across China, with public welfare support from Novartis China and the China Primary Health Care Foundation, and published by People's Medical Publishing House, was officially released. This is not only the first encyclopedic work on psoriasis in China but also a groundbreaking publication in science popularization.

To help more psoriasis patients, on the occasion of World Psoriasis Day on October 29 this year, Xinhua News Agency joined hands with Novartis China and collaborated with authoritative dermatologists across China to popularize the knowledge that “Psoriasis Is More Than Skin-Deep.” Six dermatology experts from Southern Medical University Dermatology Hospital, Union Hospital Affiliated to Huazhong University of Science and Technology, First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital, and First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University jointly educated the public about psoriasis, answered patient questions, and called on society to view psoriasis correctly, helping psoriasis patients reclaim 365 days of normalcy.
