Oncology Drug Developer
In the recently announced "Top 100 Innovative Pharmaceutical Enterprises in China 2024" list, ICT was recognized for its innovative achievements and contributions in the CAR-T cell therapy field. Additionally, the company was named as a leading enterprise in the CGT (Cell and Gene Therapy) track in the "Top 5 Technical Tracks of Innovative Pharmaceutical Enterprises in China 2024" selection. These honors reflect ICT's research strength and industry influence in pharmaceutical innovation, particularly in the field of cell therapy technology.

These two lists are based on Clarivate Derwent Innovation™ patent data and Cortellis™ competitive intelligence and clinical trial data. Through the digitization of various dimensional indicators such as the number of drugs under research, the number of clinical pipelines, the amount of authorized transactions, and the number of patents, the lists were finally selected and published after several months of data screening and integrated analysis.
ICT owns the globally leading proprietary CoupledCAR solid tumor CAR-T platform. This innovative technology breaks the limitations of traditional CAR-T technologies in treating solid tumors, achieving effective treatment with a single infusion of CoupledCAR-T cells as a monotherapy. ICT holds over 300 global patents and patent applications in the CAR-T technology field, placing it at an internationally leading level. The company’s lead candidate product, GCC19CART, has shown outstanding performance in clinical trials for metastatic colorectal cancer treatment. In China's clinical trials, the medium-dose group (2x10^6 CAR-T/kg) achieved an objective response rate (ORR) of 50%, with a median overall survival (mOS) exceeding 26 months. These results are significantly better than those of the standard third-line drugs approved by the U.S. FDA (ORR of 1%-6%, mOS of 6-8 months).GCC19CART, currently undergoing clinical trials in the United States, has also demonstrated favorable clinical efficacy, even achieving better data than the clinical trials conducted in China. In September this year, *JAMA Oncology*, an authoritative international journal in the field of oncology, published the clinical research findings of GCC19CART, independently developed by the company, for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer. This represents a significant milestone in the field of CAR-T cell therapy for solid tumors, particularly in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.
These two honors are not only a recognition of ICT's innovative strength but also an encouragement for future development. The company will continue to increase R&D investment, develop innovative drugs with international competitiveness, and benefit more patients.
ICT is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing CAR-T cell therapy products for solid tumors. ICT's unique CoupledCAR platform technology aims to overcome key challenges in treating solid tumors, and CAR-T products developed based on this platform have already achieved promising clinical outcomes in treating advanced solid tumors such as colorectal cancer and prostate cancer. The company’s CAR-T cell therapy product for advanced colorectal cancer, GCC19CART, has received clinical trial approval and Fast Track designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Currently, the U.S. clinical trial CARAPIA-1 is underway, with the clinical trial identifier: NCT05319314. ICT is also advancing a robust pipeline of CAR-T candidates targeting other solid tumors, including prostate cancer and pancreatic cancer. For more information, please visit www.ictbio.com.
