The successful signing of this agreement marks a new milestone in the collaboration between Enkaicell and 3SBIO INC in the field of NK cell therapy. By integrating advanced technologies and resources, both parties will jointly advance the research and development, clinical studies, market registration, and commercialization of the licensed technology and related products.

The NK Cell Production Platform Technology is a non-feeder cell in vitro expansion platform technology based on allogeneic peripheral blood-derived NK cells. It integrates NK cell expansion, cryopreservation, and gene modification technologies, enabling the production of clinical "off-the-shelf" grade ABCDE-NK®. Additionally, through synthetic immunology strategies such as logic gate genetic circuits, it allows for the intelligent editing of NK cells, enabling them to precisely target cancer cells, adapt accurately to the tumor microenvironment, and precisely match donor-recipient effector/target cells.
