Shanghai Cellular Therapy Group Files for Hong Kong IPO with CICC and CCB International as Joint Sponsors

According to the Securities Times, Shanghai Cell Therapy Group Co., Ltd. plans to list on the Hong Kong Main Board.CICCCMB International as the joint sponsor, and PricewaterhouseCoopers as the auditor. The company focuses on cell drug research and development and is the first company in China to cover the entire value chain of cell healthcare. The company provides comprehensive cell-based medical and health products and services, including cell storage, cancer treatment, cell drugs, and cell recharging.

Shanghai Cell Therapy Group ranks first in China's immune cell storage business and owns independently developed cell storage technology. In tumor medical services, the group has established the Mengchao Cancer Hospital affiliated with Shanghai University, which is characterized by cell research and provides comprehensive tumor medical services. In cell drug development, the group has a product pipeline with seven candidate products, among which BZDS1901 is the world’s first CAR-T cell drug armored with an anti-PD-1 nanobody focused on solid tumor treatment. In July 2023, the company launched the "Cheng Huang Series" brand of cell energizing products, marketed and sold through cross-border e-commerce platforms.
