The 13th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Disruptive Technology Innovation Contest, hosted by the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, is a national-level event. Since its launch in August 2024, it has attracted over a thousand technical projects from key universities, renowned research institutes, and leading enterprises across China. After competitions in six major future industry sectors—future manufacturing, future information, future materials, future energy, future space, and future health—a total of 169 high-quality projects with disruptive potential advanced to the finals to compete for the honors of outstanding and winning projects.
Implantable Ocular Muscle Neurostimulator i-NYS, as an innovative technological achievement of multidisciplinary collaboration, has pioneered a completely new solution for the treatment of congenital nystagmus.To date, there are no similar products available globally, and i-NYS is considered a groundbreaking treatment option, offering new hope for patients with congenital nystagmus.
It is reported that the winning projects of this competition will have the opportunity to be recommended into the high-quality enterprise cultivation system of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and receive policy support such as the national key special project for disruptive technology innovation.
