On December 19, 2024, Epitopea announced a collaboration and licensing agreement with Genevant Sciences, a nucleic acid delivery technology company, to utilize Genevant's leading lipid nanoparticles.（LNP）Patent Portfolio, DevelopmentTumor-Specific Antigens with Aberrant Expression Proprietary to Epitopea（aeTSA）TheNovel mRNA-LNP Immunotherapy, called Cryptigens^TM, for the treatment of undisclosed tumor indications.

Each pipeline product licensed by Genevant is eligible for up to$123.5 millionThe upfront and milestone payments, as well as mid- to high-single-digit royalties on future product sales.

Epitopea'sInnovative Platform Cryptigens^TMCapable of identifying abnormally expressed tumor-specific antigens shared by patients（aeTSA）. This technology is based on spatial immunopeptidomics, genomics, and systems bioinformatics,Approximately 100 abnormally expressed or cryptic potential tumor-specific antigens can be identified for each type of tumor.
