A2 Bio is currently conducting two Phase 1/2 clinical trials: The EVEREST-1 study of A2B530 targets Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) for the treatment of pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, and colorectal cancer; the EVEREST-2 study of A2B694 targets Mesothelin (MSLN) for the treatment of pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and mesothelioma. Patients participate in EVEREST-1 and EVEREST-2 through the BASECAMP-1 prescreening study. BASECAMP-1 utilizes AI-supported precision diagnostics as a cost-effective, high-yield approach to identify eligible patients for all A2 Bio clinical studies.
