All enrolled patients have Class IV or IV + V lupus nephritis.
Data show that, after receiving BCMA CAR-T cell therapy,All patients achieved complete seroconversion of disease-related antibodies within 3 months after CAR-T cell infusion., andComplete Remission of Clinical SymptomsOrPartial Remission. More importantly,This relief state lasted for 6 months.，And after BCMA CAR-T treatment, the patient no longer needs to use any other lupus nephritis treatment drugs.。
