Ph.D. in Medicine from Peking University, Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Imbioray (Hangzhou) Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., fully responsible for the Innovative R&D Center and Clinical Medical Center. Dedicated to the research and management of off-the-shelf NK cell therapies addressing unmet clinical needs in oncology, immunological diseases, chronic conditions, and non-oncological CNS disorders. Recipient of provincial-level overseas high-level talent awards and the Hangzhou 115 Foreign Intelligence Introduction Program talent.

Has held management positions in the cell therapy field at several well-known pharmaceutical companies both in China and internationally, with over two decades of experience in the development and industrial management of tumor immunotherapy and cell-based immunotherapy drugs. Has published more than 30 high-quality international scientific papers, cited over 1,500 times, and has received funding from projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation and the Ministry of Education Fund, as well as awards like the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Ministry of Education and the Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Chinese Medical Association. Fully responsible for the strategic layout, pipeline, and new technology platform development/process development of immune cell therapies primarily targeting hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, and autoimmune diseases, as well as GMP-level production, quality management, clinical research, and clinical registration. Has experience with 18 approved IND applications, and 12 cell therapy projects led have received global first-in-class IND approvals from either the FDA or CDE.
