On April 23, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Repertoire® Immune Medicines, a biotechnology company pioneering the discovery and development of programmable T cell-targeting immunotherapies, announced that it has entered into a collaboration and license agreement with Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, to discover and develop innovative T cell-targeted immunotherapies for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Repertoire will deploy its DECODE™ platform, which uniquely maps the immunological synapse, to discover novel therapeutic targets.Point. According to the terms of the agreement,Repertoire Immune Medicines to Lead Target Discovery Activities Using Its DECODE™ Platform to Explore Large Antigen Spaces; Genentech to Handle Preclinical and Clinical Development, as Well as Global Commercialization of Innovative Therapies Incorporating Target Discoveries. Repertoire Eligible for $35 Million Upfront Payment, Up to $730 Million in Additional Development, Regulatory, and Commercial Milestones, Plus Tiered Royalties.
