On May 7, China BioTech Services (08037) announced that its indirectly non-wholly owned subsidiary, Shanghai Longyao Biological Technology Co., LTD, will present the Phase I clinical trial results of LY007 Cell Injection at the 18th International Conference on Malignant Lymphoma from June 17 to June 21, 2025, and at the 30th European Hematology Association Annual Congress from June 12 to June 15.This product is a novel autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy targeting the CD20 antigen, designed for patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. According to the announcement, among 12 patients with relapsed/refractory CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma treated with LY007, 92% experienced tumor reduction or disappearance, with the best complete response rate reaching 75%.In addition, LY007 offers a new treatment option for patients who have failed CD19 CAR-T therapy or experienced CD19-negative relapse, with its CAR-T cells reaching a peak expansion of 46% to 80% of CD3+ T cells in patients.
