On May 9, Minghui Pharmaceutical announced that it had entered into an exclusive license and collaboration agreement with Qilu Pharmaceutical to develop, manufacture, and commercialize its B7-H3 ADC (MHB088C) in Greater China (including mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan).

According to the agreement, Qilu Pharmaceutical will obtain the exclusive rights to MHB088C in the aforementioned regions. Minghui Pharmaceutical Ltd. is expected to receive payments totaling up to 1.345 billion RMB, including an upfront payment and near-term milestone payments of 280 million RMB, as well as development, regulatory, and sales milestone payments amounting to 1.065 billion RMB, along with a double-digit percentage share of net product sales. Minghui Pharmaceutical Ltd. will retain the global rights to MHB088C outside of Greater China and continue to advance the development efforts in those regions.

MHB088C is an innovative B7-H3-targeted antibody-drug conjugate developed by Minghui Pharmaceutical Ltd. using its proprietary SuperTopoi™ ADC platform. It is renowned for its potent anti-tumor activity and excellent safety profile, significantly expanding the therapeutic window.

In the ongoing Phase Ⅰ/Ⅱ clinical trial, MHB088C has been evaluated in more than 300 patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, demonstrating good safety and promising efficacy. Subgroup analyses regarding small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) will be presented as oral and poster presentations, respectively, at the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting. The Phase III trial for recurrent small cell lung cancer in China has officially commenced, with the first patient expected to be enrolled within weeks.

Minghui Pharmaceutical CEO Dr. Guoqing Cao stated, "The collaboration with Qilu Pharmaceutical marks a significant milestone for Minghui Pharmaceutical in advancing innovative cancer treatments. MHB088C has demonstrated robust efficacy and excellent safety, without major hematological toxicity or interstitial lung disease, making it the best-in-class B7-H3 ADC project. With Qilu's leadership and resources, we believe MHB088C will meet the needs of patients and drive the development of precision oncology in China."
