Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bonded Area is known as "The Place Closest to the World"Known as the first batch of pilot areas in China that allow foreign investment to carry out stem cell and gene therapy technology research and development as well as product production, providing comprehensive policy support for the cell and gene industry, including bonded R&D, bonded production, customs facilitation, clinical trials, and more."IASO Bio Global R&D Center, with a construction area of approximately 30,000 square meters, will leverage the unique policy advantages of the Waigaoqiao Bonded Area to establish cutting-edge cell and gene therapy technologies.In the future, the center will strengthen the synergy with the headquarters of Nanjing IASO Biotherapeutics Co., Ltd., extend its reach to the global market, and accelerate the in-depth development of international business.
At the launch ceremony, the attending guests jointly lit the button symbolizing innovation and hope, witnessing IASO Bio ushering in a new chapter of global development.
At the event, IASO Bio reached important strategic cooperation with partners from Japan, Mexico, Russia, Indonesia, and other countries, as well as with Shenzhen Canfriend Group. The cooperation will focus on advancing two key directions:On the one hand, accelerate the registration and commercialization of CAR-T products in overseas markets, and on the other hand, introduce advanced international stem cell therapy technologies and products to expand treatment areas and benefit more patients worldwide.

Experts and scholars from Europe, Asia, and the Americas shared practical experiences from different regions, providing valuable insights for the development of China’s cell therapy industry through diverse perspectives and in-depth exchanges.
