Vivavision Bio Presents Phase 2 Clinical Data of VVN461, the World’s First JAK1/TYK2 Dual Inhibitor, at ARVO 2025

From May 4 to May 8, 2025, local time, the annual meeting of the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) was held in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. VIVAVISION presented multiple preclinical and clinical pipelines at the conference.

On the morning of May 3 local time, Dr. Gary Novack, a consultant for VIVAVISION, was invited to give an oral presentation titled "A Phase 2, Double-Masked, Randomized, Vehicle-Controlled Study of VVN461 Ophthalmic Solution in Treating Post-Operative Ocular Inflammation in Subjects Undergoing Routine Unilateral Cataract Surgery" at the ARVO Satellite Meeting of the International Ocular Surface Society (IOSS). He provided a detailed account of the U.S. Phase 2 clinical trial results of VIVAVISION's core pipeline product, VVN461.

On the morning of May 7 local time, Dr. Jame Peace from United Medical Research Institute delivered an oral academic presentation titled "A Phase 2, Double-Masked, Randomized, Vehicle-Controlled Study of VVN461 Ophthalmic Solution in Treating Post-Operative Ocular Inflammation in Subjects Undergoing Routine Unilateral Cataract Surgery" regarding the U.S. clinical results of VVN461.
