(603222.SH) announced that, in order to implement the national strategic plan for the innovative development of the biopharmaceuticals industry and make full use of the policy advantages of "Special Medical Treatment, Special Research, and Special International Exchange" in Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone ("Lecheng Pilot Zone") in Hainan, on May 28, 2025, Boao International Hospital under the company and Guangzhou Dabo Biological Products Co.,Ltd., based on the cooperation principle of "complementary advantages, resource sharing, collaborative innovation, and jointly expanding globally," signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" to accelerate new drug research and clinical transformation and build a vertically integrated model of "R&D-clinical-commercialization."

The main content of this collaboration includes: the implementation of clinical research and transformation applications for biomedical new technologies such as cell and gene therapy. (1) Jointly applying for the inclusion of biomedical new technology transformation projects into the "Implementation Catalogue for Transformation and Application of Biomedical New Technologies in Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, Hainan." The focus is on project cooperation involving new tumor gene therapy drugs, immunotherapy, and stem cells developed by Guangzhou Dabo Biological Products Co., Ltd. (2) Construction of a precision oncology treatment system combining gene drugs from Guangzhou Dabo Biological Products Co., Ltd. with immune cell therapy technology from Boao International Hospital to establish a "gene-immune" dual-target treatment plan. This will involve conducting Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT studies) to enhance the efficacy of malignant tumor treatments. Research projects will refer to the clinical research regulations for biomedical new technologies in the Lecheng Pilot Zone and will be implemented after discussion and approval by both technical teams. The goal is to achieve an organic integration of industry, academia, research, and medicine, guided by real-world clinical observations.
