"OncoLOGY LETTERS" reported a clinical study (NCT02457650) on "the application of NY-ESO-1-specific TCR-T cells in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)," with remarkable data:

  • Reverse Advanced Stage ConditionA 44-year-old HLA-A2 positive lung adenocarcinoma patient, after failing multiple lines of treatment, achieved partial response (PR) four months after receiving NYESO1 TCR-T therapy. The primary lung lesion decreased from 95×86×54mm to 64×44×54mm, the liver metastases reduced by nearly 50%, pleural effusion was completely absorbed, and the Karnofsky Performance Score (KPS) improved from 50 to 90, with significant symptom relief.

  • Highlights of the Mechanism:Targeting the tumor-specific antigen NYESO1, it has potential therapeutic value for 11.8%~21% of NSCLC patients expressing this antigen.

3. TIL Therapy: The "Rapid Elimination" Miracle for Cervical Cancer

4. NK Cell Combined Vaccine: "Three-Dimensional Strike" for Advanced Endometrial Cancer

The case of combination therapy reported in Cureus showed that the efficacy was comprehensively improved in a Stage IV endometrial cancer patient who adopted the regimen of "chemotherapy + WT1-DC vaccine + highly active NK cells."

A I/II phase trial reported in "Cancer Immunology and Immunotherapy" showed that γδT cell therapy had significant efficacy for advanced metastatic renal cell carcinoma:
