CQP Announces Investment in Suzhou Geek Gene Technology Co., Ltd.CQP (688166.SH) announced that the company plans to subscribe for an additional registered capital of RMB 178,408 in Suzhou Geek Gene Technology Co., Ltd. ("Geek Gene" or the "Target Company") for RMB 20 million. Of the investment amount, RMB 178,408 will be recorded as the registered capital of the Target Company, and RMB 19,821,592 will be recorded as the capital reserve fund of the Target Company. After this capital increase, CQP will hold 4.1667% of the equity in the Target Company.
