Developer of Gene and Cell Therapy Technologies
Today (June 28, 2025), Beijing Yimiao Shenzhou Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. announced that, effective June 27, 2025, the company’s Chinese name will officially change to “Beijing Yimiao Shenzhou Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd.” The English name, “IMUNOPHARM Technology Co., Ltd.,” will remain unchanged. The company will gradually adopt the new name in all internal and external documents, agreements, accounts, invoices, and other materials. This name change, approved by the relevant authorities, represents an important adjustment based on the company’s strategic development needs, marking its official entry into a new phase of development as a joint-stock company.
The announcement clearly states that this change is only a company name adjustment, and the legal entity has not undergone any substantial changes. The company's unified social credit code, registered address, bank account, contact information, core team, and business scope all remain unchanged; all previously signed contracts, agreements, and orders will continue to be executed as normal, and existing cooperative relationships will not be affected in any way.
Public information shows that Beijing Yimiaoshenzhou Medical Techology Co., Ltd., headquartered in Beijing, was established in 2015. Since its inception, the company has consistently focused on the research and development of gene and cell drugs, forming core technical barriers in areas such as cancer and autoimmune disease treatment.After the name change, the company will further integrate resources, accelerate the advancement of clinical trials and commercialization of gene and cell therapies, with the goal of "providing patients with safer, more effective, and accessible treatment options."
To date, the company has successfully completed 10 rounds of strategic financing and built a one-stop independent platform covering gene and cell drug research, development, and industrialization. It has mastered several core technologies, including CAR-T gene-cell drug screening, large-scale plasmid production processes, scaled-up lentiviral vector production technology, and primary immune cell preparation techniques.
The company has obtained seven clinical trial approvals for new CAR-T drugs in China and one in the United States, and has received Beijing's first Drug Manufacturing License for gene and cell therapy drugs. The company’s drug pipeline under development covers hematological malignancies such as lymphoma, myeloma, and leukemia, as well as various solid tumors including liver cancer, gastric cancer, melanoma, and colorectal cancer.
