Fuzhou Tuoxin Tiancheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was originally founded in April 2017. It is a clinical-stage innovative pharmaceutical company focused on the development of immunotherapeutic drugs for solid tumors. The company was co-founded by Professor Chenliang Lie, a pioneer in tumor immunology, and Professor Gangxiong Huang, an expert in immune cell therapy. The core pipeline, TX-103, is the world's first B7-H3 CAR-T cell therapy product to enter registrational clinical trials and conduct international clinical trials, targeting recurrent glioblastoma (rGBM) and other solid tumors. In earlier clinical trials, this pipeline has demonstrated excellent efficacy and safety, significantly extending the median survival period of rGBM patients with good tolerability. It is expected to break through the treatment bottleneck of existing therapies and is currently undergoing global Phase I clinical trials.
