Drimmunity (Tcelltech) Secures $40 Million Series B Financing to Advance B7-H3 CAR-T Therapy TX-103 in Global Clinical Development

On July 15, 2025, Drimmunity / Tcelltech (Fuzhou Tuoxin Tiancheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd.), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focusing on the development of solid tumor immunotherapies, announced today the completion of a nearly US$40 million Series B financing round. This round was led by SDIC Capital, with participation from a well-known insurance capital and TusPark Ventures, and strong support from Industrial Guoxin Asset Management Co., Ltd., Fuzhou Mindu Talent Fund, and other institutions. Chenglin Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for this financing.

The proceeds of this round of financing will be mainly used to support the clinical development of the company's core pipeline TX-103 in China and the United States, the research and development of other pipeline projects, the expansion of the global team, and the acceleration of the company's international strategic layout and the advancement of BD cooperation.
