PharmaCircleLearned:Recently, Novatim Immune Therapeutics (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. ("Novatim") has entered into a strategic collaboration with U.S.-based ERIGEN LLC. Both parties have signed an exclusive out-licensing agreement covering the overseas rights to KQ-2003, Novatim's innovative, world-first dual-targeting CAR-T cell therapy product with a parallel-enhanced design targeting BCMA/CD19. This collaboration encompasses global rights outside Greater China (excluding India, Turkey, and Russia), granting ERIGEN exclusive development, registration, and commercialization rights in the relevant regions. Additionally, the agreement authorizes ERIGEN LLC to utilize the core patent structure and sequences of KQ-2003 to develop an "off-the-shelf CAR-T cell therapy." According to the terms of the agreement, Novatim will retain all rights to this off-the-shelf product within Greater China.

According to the BD deal agreement: Novatim will receive$15 millionThe recent development milestone payment, with the potential to receive up to $1.32 billion in subsequent R&D, registration, and commercialization milestone payments. Meanwhile, Novatim will also receive sales royalties of up to $800 million based on the net sales of KQ-2003 in the authorized region.
