For the First Time! Tumors Completely Disappeared for Six Months, Innovative Therapy Shows Promising Results
ImmunityBio Announces Preliminary Positive Results from Phase 1 QUILT-106 Clinical Trial. The study aims to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of CD19 CAR-NK (CD19 t-haNK) natural killer cell therapy alone or in combination with rituximab in patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) CD19⁺CD20⁺ B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).

Trial data show complete responses in the first two late-stage WM patients treated. WM is an NHL for which there are currently no curative therapies. Analysis showed,A patient receiving third-line treatment with single-agent CD19 CAR-NK cell therapy achieved complete remission; another patient receiving combination therapy with rituximab has maintained complete remission for six months.Currently, the third WM patient has been enrolled for treatment. According to the press release, this is the first study to demonstrate the potential of immunotherapy to achieve complete remission in advanced WM patients beyond chemotherapy regimens.
Reduces Weight Rebound and Lowers Blood Lipids! Positive Results of Small Molecule Trials Announced
Today, Response Pharmaceuticals announced that following the completion of weight loss treatment with GLP-1 receptor agonists,Positive Results from Phase 2 Clinical Trial in Patients. This double-blind, placebo-controlled study enrolled 68 subjects, aiming to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and metabolic effects of RDX-002 monotherapy in populations who have previously received GLP-1 weight loss therapy.RDX-002 is an investigational selective small molecule inhibitor of intestinal microsomal triglyceride transfer protein (iMTP).iMTP is a key partner protein involved in the absorption of dietary triglycerides and cholesterol in the intestine.

Analysis shows that the trial met its primary endpoint, compared with placebo,RDX-002 Significantly Reduces Postprandial Triglyceride Levels by 51.9% and Decreases Weight Rebound by 34% After 12 Weeks of Treatment, While Improving Multiple Cardiometabolic Risk Indicators. In addition, RDX-002 demonstrated good safety and tolerability in the study, with no serious adverse events (SAE) or discontinuations due to adverse events (AE), consistent with previous research findings.
