Vazyme Announces Joint Venture with YiMiao Shenzhou to Develop Alzheimer's Disease Screening and Cell Therapies

The company will hold 50% of the shares, and Beijing Yimiaoshenzhou Medical Technology Co., Ltd. will also hold 50%.
