(688105.SH) announced that the company has signed a "Cooperation Development Agreement" with Beijing Yimiaoshenzhou Medical Technology Co., Ltd. to jointly establish a biopharmaceutical company. The company will hold 50% of the shares, and Beijing Yimiaoshenzhou Medical Technology Co., Ltd. will also hold 50%. The registered capital of the joint venture is 40 million yuan, of which Nanjing Vazyme Biotech Co., Ltd. will contribute 20 million yuan.
