2. Gene-Edited Next-Generation TIL Pipeline:

(1) GT201 Injection: The world's first membrane-bound IL-15 complex-edited TIL drug, which enhances T-cell persistence and tumor-killing ability through genetic engineering, has already entered clinical trials in both China and the United States. In July 2025, the first patient treated for advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck achieved complete tumor regression after six months.

(2) GT307: A highly innovative dual-gene knockout autologous TIL therapy. GT307 knocks out two novel key immune regulatory genes to enhance the function of TIL cells, both of which were identified by Grail Bio's self-developed ImmuT Finder® platform. Preliminary clinical data of GT307 has shown good safety, and patients with cold tumors may potentially benefit from this drug.

3. General-purpose cell therapy product pipeline:

(1) GT601: An mRNA vaccine targeting neoantigens in tumors. This project utilizes Grail Bio's proprietary sequencing and AI algorithms to predict and identify neoantigens, achieving a prediction accuracy more than 10 times higher than commonly available neoantigen technologies on the market. It also achieves targeted delivery to antigen-presenting cells through a specially optimized LNP delivery system. Currently, GT601 is preparing to initiate IIT clinical trials.

(2) GT719: The world's first universal CAR-iNKT cell therapy derived from stem cell differentiation with existing clinical data. Leveraging the unique killing mechanism of NKT cells, GT719 is currently in the IIT phase exploring efficacy in both hematological malignancies and autoimmune diseases, with preliminary safety and efficacy signals showing promising prospects.

(3) GT801: The next-generation in vivo CAR-T product. GT801 utilizes the innovative targeted LNP delivery technology platform CLAMP, which reduces non-specific uptake and improves delivery efficiency. GT801 does not require lymphodepletion chemotherapy, has minimal off-target risk, excellent safety, and is more suitable for autoimmune disease indications.
