In addition, the funds will also be used to rapidly advance multiple preclinical projects and continuously build technology platforms, injecting strong momentum into the company's in-depth efforts in the field of epigenetic drug research and development.

The company owns independent intellectual property rightsEPIREG™ Technology Platform optimizes CRISPR-Cas components through AI algorithms. With precise DNA methylation and histone modification, it can silence target genes efficiently, durably, and specifically. Compared to traditional gene-editing tools that cut DNA, it provides a safer and revolutionary innovative treatment option for patients with chronic diseases.
Notably, Epigenic's self-developed in vivo LNP delivery platform—EpiTax™—enables precise delivery of the EPIREG™ tool to the liver as well as multiple extrahepatic target organs, further expanding the application scope of the EPIREG™ tool in disease treatment. This brings new possibilities for treatments across a broader range of disease areas, making the company’s technology portfolio more comprehensive and competitive.
In addition, the AIAID™ platform established by Epigenic empowers the design of epigenetic regulatory drug molecules, target selection, and precise regulation.
This platform is equipped with a self-developed foundational large model for epigenetics, providing precise underlying data and algorithmic support; through a multi-agent collaborative virtual laboratory, it autonomously accomplishes key tasks such as target discovery, target research, accessibility prediction, sgRNA design and evaluation, virtual epigenetic regulation, and multi-omics analysis; and accelerates the discovery, iteration, and performance optimization process of EPIREG™ by leveraging AI-driven de novo protein design and AI-directed evolution technologies.
