During the in vivo CAR-T treatment, the patient remained stable and achieved complete remission (CR) one month after infusion without experiencing common CAR-T therapy-related side effects such as Grade 2 or higher Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS) or Immune Effector Cell-Associated Neurotoxicity Syndrome (ICANS).
