Huadao Biopharma Completes Hundred-Million-Yuan Series D+2 Financing to Advance Affordable CAR-T Therapies

Recently, HuaDao CAR-Tcell (Shanghai) Biomedical Co., Ltd. ("HuaDao CAR-Tcell" or "the Company") has completed its D+2 round of financing, with the funding reaching hundreds of millions of yuan. This round was led by Boai New Kaiyuan, with participation from Jinghu Capital, Wuhan Heer MEDICAL Technology Development Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Shenchang, Ningbo Zibei, and other institutions and investors. The proceeds from this financing will mainly be used to advance the development and industrialization of the company’s cellular drugs, and to accelerate the commercial application of the company’s self-built full-industry-chain technology platform for cellular drugs at the first-phase intelligent manufacturing industrial base for CAR-T cell drugs.

It is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the cell therapy field and committed to the research and innovation of the entire industrial chain technology for cell drugs.
