Gravel Biopharma Secures Over RMB 600 Million in Series C Financing Led by Shunxi Fund

(hereinafter referred to as "Grit Bio" or "the Company") announced the completion ofOver 600 Million Yuan in Series C Financing.This round of financing was led byShunxi Fund led the investment, followed by Huarui Investment, Zhengxin Capital, Juntuo Bio, and Yizhuang Sci-Tech Innovation Fund. 

Grail Bio was founded in 2019 as an innovative pharmaceutical company focused on tumor immunotherapy, developing TIL drugs for treating various solid tumors and off-the-shelf cell therapies. The company's core R&D platforms include the StemTexp® TIL expansion technology platform, StaViral® stable viral production process, ImmuT Finder® immunomodulatory target discovery platform, and KOReTIL® highly efficient gene knockout system, based on which a series of next-generation gene-edited TIL drugs have been developed.
