October 17, 2025 - SCG SCIENCE (DALIAN)CO.,LTDSCG, an innovative immunotherapy company focused on infectious diseases and related cancers, at the 2025 European Society for Medical Oncology in Berlin, Germany(ESMO)Above, the announcement of its new generation TCR-T cell therapy targeting multiple cancers caused by HPV.(Research and Development Code: SCG142)The first clinical trial results.

SCG142 isThe World's First Clinically Approved Next-Generation TCR-T Product Equipped with a Chimeric Switch Receptor "Armor", which can significantly enhance the anti-tumor activity of multifunctional TCR-T cells targeting HPV-related cancers in a tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment. SCG142 is also the world's first TCR-T product that can target two HPV genotypes, HPV16 or HPV52.

SCG142: The patients enrolled in this trial are HLA-A*02:01 positive, with HPV16 or HPV52 positive advanced cancer, and have experienced disease progression or intolerance after at least one systemic treatment. The primary research objectives include safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity. As of the data cutoff point,All 7 patients who received treatment showed tumor shrinkage, with a disease control rate.(DCR)Up to 100%. Among them, 4 patients(57%)Tumor shrinkage exceeding 30%, including 2 cases of confirmed partial response(PR)And 2 cases of PR pending confirmation. All treatment-related adverse reactions in 7 patients were grade 1-2, reversible, and without sequelae. Moreover, none of the patients in the clinical trial experienced any dose-limiting toxicity, grade 3 or higher adverse reactions, serious adverse reactions, or immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome. These preliminary results strongly support the significance of further clinical development for SCG142.

Professor Li Yang, the principal investigator of this clinical trial from the Department of Oncology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, pointed out"SCG142 has demonstrated exciting disease control effects for patients with advanced refractory cervical cancer. All patients achieved tumor shrinkage, confirming the therapy's efficacy for HPV-related solid tumors. SCG142 is expected to open a new pathway for cellular immunotherapy for a wide range of patients with HPV-related tumors, including cervical cancer, benefiting more patients."

About Cervical Cancer Caused by HPV

According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer of the World Health Organization(IARC)Statistics show that cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer among women globally, with approximately 660,000 new cases and about 350,000 deaths in 2022. Data from China's National Health Commission indicates that in 2022, there were approximately 151,000 new cases of cervical cancer in China and about 56,000 deaths. Nearly all cases of cervical cancer are associated with persistent infection by high-risk HPV types. The recurrence rate for patients with advanced-stage disease ranges from 28% to 64%, highlighting an urgent clinical need for more effective treatment options.
