Fusen Pharm Purchased 51% Of Stocks From Yogfeng Kangde Pharmaceutical

Fusen Pharm has just announced that it will purchase 51% of stocks from Yogfeng Kangde Pharmaceutical with around 8.82 million dollars. After this transaction, Fusen Pharm will receive two trademarks for the drug called Kefadim, the rights to all previous research and development achievements, all technical and production rights and the previous benefits. This transaction will bring better revenue for Fusen Pharm in the future.
