Jimin Health Subsidiary Acquires Patent for E1OK-1A Oncolytic Virus Project Targeting Solid Tumors

May 25,Chimin Health(603222) announced that the project patent and technology transfer agreement for E1OK-1A multi-target adenovirus (oncolytic virus drug) signed between its subsidiary company and Guangzhou Dabo Biological Products Co., Ltd. has been completed, and the "Notice of Qualified Procedures for Patent Assignment" issued by the China National Intellectual Property Administration has been obtained.

The patent transferred this time is "A Method for Constructing Multi-Target Oncolytic Adenovirus and Its Application," with an application date of September 28, 2023. The patent holder has changed from Guangzhou Dabo Biological Products Co., Ltd. to Hainan Jimin Boao International Hospital Co., Ltd.

The DB006 oncolytic adenovirus injection project involved in this patent transfer is currently in Phase I clinical trials, focusing on solid tumor-related diseases.

In the first quarter of 2026, Chimin Health Management Co., Ltd. achieved revenue of 163 million yuan, with a net profit attributable to shareholders of -25.92 million yuan.
