On October 28, the National Joint Procurement Office for Medicines issued a notice to display the proposed winning results of the 11th batch of national procurement. The display period is from October 28, 2025, to October 31, 2025.After the publication of the provisional winning results of this centralized procurement, they will be officially released, and patients across China will benefit.February 2026Use a new batch of high-quality and cost-effective selected drugs.
The Notice pointed out that if there are any objections during the publicity period, please file an appeal with the Joint Procurement Office before the end of the publicity period and provide legally valid evidence materials. Appeals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. In principle, the Joint Procurement Office will not accept appeals without corresponding evidence materials.
According to the procurement rules, some of the proposed winning enterprises should submit in writing to the National Joint Procurement Office of Medicines during the publicity period."Statement on the Reasonableness of Quotation"(Note:The following 14 enterprises need to make a statement, the list is attached.). Those who fail to submit relevant statements during the publicity period will have their selection eligibility revoked and be included in the "Violation List."
The Joint Procurement Office also announced that this procurement includes 55 types of drugs, covering commonly used drugs in areas such as anti-infection, anti-allergy, anti-tumor, blood sugar reduction, blood pressure reduction, blood lipid reduction, and anti-inflammatory pain relief, with participation across China.46,000 medical institutions participated in the bidding process, with 794 products from 445 companies being submitted for tender. Among these, 453 products from 272 companies have been granted tentative selection status.
According to statistics from the pharmaceutical cloud studio, all 55 drugs in this centralized procurement have been proposed for selection, involving 272 enterprises and a total of 453 varieties. Among them,A total of 136 varieties adopted the entrusted production (B-C certificate), accounting for about 30% of the intended selected varieties, which is less than 33% in the tenth batch.

According to Article 14.2 of the 11th National Collection Document,Companies with a "unit comparable price" of the same variety lower than the "anchor price" must make a declaration; otherwise, their eligibility for selection will be revoked and they will be placed on the "violation list."

The Joint Procurement Office will announce the relevant declarations. This public announcement did not display the proposed winning bid prices, possibly out of caution or for some other reason. It is estimated that the prices will be shown when the official results are announced.

Implement the pharmaceutical price and procurement credit evaluation system to strengthen deterrence against collusive and bid-rigging behaviors, guiding the industry to jointly uphold fair market competition.
