On November 11, 2025, Anhui Anke Biotechnology (Group) Co., Ltd. ("ANKEBIO") and Bo Sheng Ji Medicine Science and Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. ("Bo Sheng Ji") jointly announced that they have signed the "Capital Increase Agreement" and the "Exclusive Agency Framework Agreement," reaching a new round of in-depth strategic cooperation.According to the agreement, ANKEBIO, as the second largest shareholder of Bo sheng ji medicine science and technology (suzhou) co., LTD, has invested another 30 million RMB for its capital increase. Meanwhile, it will leverage the company's commercialization advantages to obtain the exclusive agency rights for the core product PA3-17 Injection in Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). This move marks the official upgrade of the relationship between the two parties from early R&D cooperation and equity investment to a comprehensive strategic partnership of "capital binding + commercial co-operation."
This collaboration focuses on Bo Shengji's core research product — "PA3-17 Injection," the world’s first CAR-T cell therapy targeting CD7 approved for clinical trials (IND). The product was independently developed by Bo Shengji Anke Cell Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bo Shengji. It innovatively adopts a non-gene-editing strategy, effectively addressing industry challenges such as CAR-T cell fratricide and tumor cell contamination during the preparation of PA3-17 Injection, while establishing a new quality control system. Results from the Phase I registrational clinical trial showed that PA3-17 Injection demonstrated good safety and significant efficacy in patients with relapsed or refractory T-ALL and T-LBL.Currently, PA3-17 Injection has been included in the list of breakthrough therapies by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) under the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) and has entered the pivotal Phase II clinical trial stage, with its market launch now entering the "final countdown."
As an important shareholder of Bo sheng ji medicine science and technology (Suzhou) Co., LTD, ANKEBIO has a long history of cooperation with the company. Not only was ANKEBIO an early strategic investor in Bo sheng ji, but the two parties have also accumulated a strong foundation of collaboration in cell drug research and development through their joint venture, "Bo sheng ji ANKEBIO." The recent capital increase and the signing of the exclusive agency framework agreement mark a deep extension into the commercialization phase, building on their established R&D synergy. According to the agreement, apart from the PA3-17 injection, ANKEBIO will also have priority agency rights for other innovative products launched by Bo sheng ji in the future. This move expands the partnership from a single product to the entire CAR-T product pipeline, establishing a long-term cooperative relationship for future endeavors.
ANKBIO, with its mature marketing system covering all of China and commercialization experience, will provide strong support for the rapid market penetration of PA3-17 injection. The dual-track model of "capital increase + exclusive agency" not only paves a "fast track" for the product launch of Bo sheng ji medicine science and technology (suzhou) co., LTD, but also reflects ANKEBIO's forward-looking layout in the innovative drug sector. Through capital empowerment and commercialization capabilities, ANKEBIO is committed to helping cutting-edge technologies move from the lab to the market. The deepening cooperation between the two parties is expected to inject crucial momentum into the independent innovation and commercial implementation of China's CAR-T cell therapy field.
