Anke Biotechnology Signs Exclusive Agency Framework Agreement with Biosyngen for PA3-17 Injection

Gelonghui November 11 | ANKEBIO (300009.SZ) announced that the company has reached a strategic cooperation with Bo sheng ji medicine science and technology (suzhou) co., LTD, signing the "Exclusive Agency Framework Agreement for CD7-CAR-T (PA3-17 Injection) and Other Products". The agreement outlines the exclusive agency for PA3-17 Injection in Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) after its market launch. PA3-17 Injection is a globally first-in-class autologous CAR-T cell therapy product targeting CD7, independently developed by Bo sheng ji. Its first indication is for the treatment of adult relapsed or refractory CD7-positive hematological lymphoid malignancies. Bo sheng ji plans to entrust ANKEBIO with the long-term collaboration for the future sales and promotion of PA3-17 Injection in the Greater China market. After the product's marketing application is submitted, both parties will sign a formal exclusive agency agreement. This collaboration aims to integrate the advantageous resources of both parties, enrich ANKEBIO’s product portfolio, and enhance its core competitiveness in the innovative drug market.
