(ANKBIO) plans to invest 30 million RMB of its own funds to increase the capital of its participating company, Bo Sheng Ji Medicine Science and Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. ("Bo Sheng Ji"), subscribing to an additional registered capital of 119,062 RMB. After this capital increase is completed, the company will hold 21.4121% of Bo Sheng Ji’s shares.
