In traditional bispecific antibody drugs, the downregulation or loss of a single tumor target often leads to treatment resistance. Preclinical data show that, compared with competing products,QLS4131It exhibits higher affinity for multiple myeloma tumor cell lines, effectively eliminating double-positive tumor cells expressing both BCMA and GPRC5D, while also demonstrating potent killing effects on subpopulations expressing only one of the antigens. More notably, its tumor cell-killing activity is significantly higher than that of the comparator, providing strong preclinical evidence for clinical efficacy.
