In 2009, he became the founder and president of Jiangsu Kangyuan’s overseas subsidiary — Kangyuan USA (KanionUSA), while concurrently serving as the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) for new drug R&D at Jiangsu Kangyuan Pharmaceutical.

Dr. Shen Wang has over 25 years of experience in small molecule drug research and development, and nearly 20 years of experience in the research and management of fields such as anti-tumor, immune system modulation, metabolic diseases, and antiviral therapies. He has led his team to develop more than 10 drugs that have entered clinical trials, with two drugs gaining FDA approval for market release in the United States, including Lifitegrast, the only targeted dry eye treatment approved by the FDA in the past decade, and Venetoclax, a landmark cancer drug.

With over 12 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, Mr. Xia was extensively involved in various types of equity and debt financing for Chinese enterprises at CCB International from 2017 to 2025. He participated in the IPOs and financing activities of several companies in the new economy sector, including Guanglian Technology (2531.HK), Zhengli New Energy (3677.HK), Bluetron Technology (1333.HK), CR Beverage (2460.HK), Wuhan Organic (2881.HK), Vanke Cloud (2602.HK), Zonan Smart Life (2271.HK), and Vanke (2202.HK) H-share placements.

He has served as Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Investment Director at Vtron, and General Manager of the Investment and Development Department at RYB Education. He led the investment and acquisition of multiple projects, including Hongying Education, Golden Cradle, and Dingqi Education Group, facilitating the rapid growth of several listed companies through capital operations. For instance, he helped establish a leading position in the early childhood education sector through M&A integration, with cumulative investments exceeding 2 billion yuan. Mr. Zhang holds double bachelor's degrees from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, a master's degree from Virginia Tech in the United States, and is a non-practicing member of the American AICPA.
