According to the Zhongtong Finance APP, Laekna Therapeutics-B (02105) surged over 15% again, with cumulative gains exceeding 40% this month. As of press time, it rose by 15.38%, trading at HK$16.95, with a turnover of HK$58.2171 million.

In terms of news, on November 12, Laekna Therapeutics granted the rights of its breast cancer candidate new drug LAE002 (afuresertib) in China to Qilu Pharmaceutical. The total transaction amount reached 2.045 billion yuan. Moreover, Laekna Therapeutics is entitled to receive tiered sales royalties ranging from over ten to twenty percent. According to a broker's research report, the expected peak sales of LAE002 in China are around 2 billion yuan, while the global sales peak can be referenced to Capivasertib. The sales forecast for Capivasertib this year is 700-800 million US dollars, with an expected sales peak of 1-2 billion US dollars.
