On November 26, the first brain-computer interface surgery in China, performed under government-approved medical service pricing, was successfully completed at the Department of Neurosurgery, Tongji Hospital, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The surgery utilized an implantable brain-computer interface device produced by Wuhan Zhonghua Brain-Computer Fusion Technology Development Co., Ltd., which can be used to monitor brain signals from the motor and sensory areas of the hand region in the brain.

On November 26, BeOne Medicines announced that the FDA has accepted the New Drug Application (NDA) for the next-generation BCL2 inhibitor, Sotoclax, and granted it priority review status.
