Heyuan Biosciences Launches New CAR-T Therapy for Lymphoma Following Successful IPO Filing

On the 1st, Juventas, a company in Binhai High-tech Zone, launched its self-developed cell therapy new drug.

This cellular drug is used to treat lymphoma. The principle is to extract immune cells from the patient's blood to make the medicine, which is then transfused back into the patient's body.Can replace the previous long-term radiotherapy and chemotherapy.This technology originated from the basic research of the Institute of Hematology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. In 2018, Juventas was established and began the technical transformation. In 2023, it launched a cellular drug for treating adult leukemia. Using the same technical approach, Juventas, in collaboration with more than ten clinical centers in China, successfully developed a cellular drug for lymphoma treatment. The city's pharmaceutical regulatory department also sent a dedicated team in advance to guide the company in completing qualification applications and other procedures, approving four new production lines to increase output and reduce costs.
