Dr. Dai Yong is currently the founder and CEO of Codexa Therapeutics (SourceOne Bio), with over 25 years of experience in multinational biopharmaceutical R&D and company management. He once served asFrontera TherapeuticsFounder and CEO of Prevail Therapeutics, CTO of ImmunoGen, Shire, uniQure, and other internationally renowned enterprises; held senior technical executive positions. Received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Biochemistry from Peking University, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and completed postdoctoral research in Molecular and Cellular Biology at Harvard University.

Li Xiang has years of experience in trading and investment financing, and is familiar with financial policies and financing environments both in China and internationally. He has worked at institutions such as KPMG and Primavera Capital and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in actuarial science from the Australian National University. He has led and participated in the investment work of multiple projects including MagnaMed Health, Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Cloud Health, Adagene, Genetron Health, Arrivent, Taichu Biotech, Shengyin Biotech, and others. He also participated in the incubation of Namemax Bio and Huayuan Bio.
