Before joining Beijing Yimiaoshenzhou Medical Technology Co., Ltd., she served as the Market Head for Gastroenterology and Immunology at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Disease Area Head for Asia-Pacific at Johnson & Johnson, Head of Government Affairs and Market Access Strategy at Johnson & Johnson, and Head of New Products at Novartis, among other positions. Ms. Fu has extensive work experience in high-value fields such as oncology, vaccines, immunology, and ophthalmology, with profound practical expertise and industry influence in cell and gene therapy, innovative payment models, and cross-enterprise commercial collaborations. She has led several groundbreaking industry projects, repeatedly guiding cross-regional teams to achieve significant business growth, continuously strengthening the market leadership of brands, demonstrating exceptional strategic planning, organizational synergy, and global resource integration capabilities.
