On December 15, 2025, Beijing Yimiaoshenzhou Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yimiao Shenzhou," "Yimiao Bio," "the Company") officially announced,Appointment of Ms. Fu Zhiguang (Jane) as Vice President of Commercial, Fully Responsible for Strategic Planning and Management of the Commercialization and Business Development Department`, and report to Co-founder Dr. Lu Xin'an.`

Ms. Fu Zhiguang will lead the formulation and execution of the company's commercialization strategy, overseeing key aspects such as market access, channel strategy, the establishment and empowerment of the commercialization team, expansion of the partner ecosystem, and achievement of sales targets after product launch. Aligning with the company’s development strategy, she will drive efficient collaboration between the commercialization system and the R&D and production teams. Additionally, she will focus on both the domestic and overseas markets to build a sustainable commercialization profit model, providing core momentum for the growth of the company’s operating performance.

Ms. Fu Zhiguang holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Tsinghua University and a jointly awarded Master’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Cambridge and Cambridge Business School, during which she was awarded a full scholarship by the University of Cambridge. Before joining Beijing Yimiaoshenzhou Medical Technology Co., Ltd., she served as the Market Head for Gastroenterology and Immunology at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Disease Area Lead for the Asia-Pacific region at Johnson & Johnson, Head of Government Affairs and Market Access Strategy at Johnson & Johnson, and New Product Lead at Novartis, among other roles. Ms. Fu has extensive experience in high-value fields such as oncology, vaccines, immunology, and ophthalmology, with profound hands-on expertise and industry influence in areas like cell and gene therapy, innovative payment models, and cross-enterprise commercial collaborations. She has led several groundbreaking industry projects, repeatedly guiding cross-regional teams to achieve significant business growth while continuously strengthening the market leadership of her brands, demonstrating exceptional strategic planning, organizational synergy, and global resource integration capabilities.
