Gelonghui December 23 | ST Xiangxue (300147.SZ) announced that the clinical trial application for the new drug XLS-103 Injection, developed by its subsidiary GuangDong XIANGXUE LIFE SCIENCES LTD, has been approved for clinical trials. It will be used to treat advanced non-small cell lung cancer and advanced pancreatic cancer with the HLA-A*11:01 genotype and positive KRAS G12V tumor neoantigen mutation. These are the sixth and seventh Clinical Trial Notices for TCR-T products obtained by Xiangxue Life Sciences based on its existing core TCR-T cell therapy technology and R&D platform. New drug development is characterized by long cycles, high investment, high risk, and high added value, involving many unpredictable factors, technical challenges, process difficulties, and innovations. The progress and results of clinical trials are uncertain, and the risk of research and development failure cannot be avoided.
