On December 23, gene therapy companyFangFrontera Therapeutics Submits A1 Filing for Hong Kong IPO, Becoming the First AAV Gene Therapy Company to Apply for Listing in Hong Kong; UBS and CMB International Act as Joint Sponsors.
The company was registered in 2019, completed a $35 million Series A financing in 2021, and a $163 million Series B financing in 2022, with cumulative financing reaching $198 million. The post-Series B valuation in 2022 was $527 million. Major shareholders include OrbiMed.Capital, Hongyuan Capital, Boyu Capital, Sequoia China, ZhenXinGu etc.
