ClinBrain Completes ￥100M Series B Funding Round

According to VCBeat, ClinBrain, a medical big data company, has completed a Series B round of financing worth more than 100 million yuan, led by Genilink Capital, with participation from Qianhai Fund of Funds, Med-Fine Capital, and Longcheng Capital. The existing investors Guangrun Capital also poured money in the fresh round.

Proceeds from the latest round will be used for the R&D of products, team construction, and the strategic upgrade and promotion of the medical big data platform in the national market.

Founded in 2013, ClinBrain is a medical big data company headquartered in Shanghai. Currently, the company owns 71 software copyrights related to medical big data and has applied for 17 invention patents in this field.

The products of ClinBrain consist of ClinData, ClinAPP, and ClinAI.

The "ClinData" series of data platform and data management products cover the clinical data reporting (CDR), operational data reporting  (ODR), research data reporting (RDR), medical data ETL, medical metadata management, medical master data management, and medical data quality management.

The "ClinAPP" series is developed for clinical big data searching, statistical mining, visualization, hospital operation management, medical quality management, information integration, and so on.

The "ClinAI" series of smart medical products include natural language processing ( NLP); intelligent structuring of medical record, pathological data, and image; intelligent interpretation of medical literature, medical guidelines; and intelligent warning platform for COVID-19 infection, etc.
