Langmu Medical Completes Nearly RMB 100 Million Series A Funding to Advance Global-Leading Minimally Invasive Ophthalmic Therapeutics Platform

Recently, Suzhou Purevision Medical Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Purevision Medical") announced the completion of a nearly RMB 100 million Series A financing round. The proceeds will be mainly used for clinical follow-up and registration applications of core products, construction of industrial production bases, establishment of market promotion teams, and further research and development expansion of subsequent product pipelines.

Suzhou Purevision Medical Technology Co., LTD. was founded in 2020 as a technology-based startup focusing on innovative ophthalmic medical devices. It is committed to building the world’s leading platform for minimally invasive ophthalmic treatment through original innovation. With the core concept of "combining medical expertise with engineering and being clinically driven," the company focuses on the field of Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS). Glaucoma is the world's leading cause of irreversible blindness, with over 20 million patients in China alone, and its incidence is increasing year by year. In addition to its core product AqueFish®, Purevision Medical continues to deepen its expertise in the field of innovative ophthalmic medical devices, driving clinical innovation through the integration of medical and engineering expertise.
