Huadong MedicineAnnouncement: Recently, according to the public information released by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), DR10624, a first-in-class (FIC) long-acting triple agonist independently developed by Zhejiang Doer Biologics Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Huadong Medicine Co., Ltd., targeting fibroblast growth factor 21 receptor, glucagon receptor, and glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor, has been included in the breakthrough therapy designation. The proposed indication is severe hypertriglyceridemia.
