On January 12, 2026, CARsgen Therapeutics (Stock Code: 2171.HK), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative CAR-T cell therapies, and Dispatch Bio, a biotechnology company utilizing its first-in-class Flare platform to develop off-the-shelf treatments for solid tumors, announced a clinical collaboration to initiate a Phase I clinical trial in China in 2026.The trial will evaluate the application of the combination therapy DISP-11 in patients with solid tumors. This combination therapy consists of an investigational therapy (including its novel tumor-specific virus DV-10) developed by Dispatch Bio's proprietary Flare platform and CARsgen Pharma's BCMA-targeted autologous CAR-T cell product, Zekelc® (Zevorcabtagene Autoleucel Injection, product code: CT053).
